I think sex tourism is a reason to legalize it everywhere. Although prostitution is illegal in most states, it is still very prevalent. I think sex tourism is something that will never go away. Sex work is a profession that will always be around, due to the fact that for some it is an easy way to make money. Prostitution for the most part is consensual, so I don’t see the reason to make it illegal across the board. Sex tourism is prevalent in many countries, meaning it would be very difficult to ban it and enforce the law. If it was outlawed, I think people who engage in prostitution would still do that and sex workers who need the money would also still engage in it. I think it is also difficult to enforce a new law that used to be legal. I think people would take it less seriously considering it was once legal.
